The Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) is fortunate to be supported by two Foundations that raise funds to enhance and improve patient care: Four Counties Health Services Foundation and Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.

The Four Counties Health Services Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization working to strengthen Four Counties Health Services' ability to provide the highest quality of care to patients in the Four Counties area.
Since its creation in 1987, the Foundation has raised close to $5.5 million for equipment and facilities at Four Counties Health Services.
Volunteering
Getting involved and supporting the Four Counties Health Services Foundation is easy! Simply contact the Foundation office to find out how you can volunteer to work on events or help out when needed.
Donations
Donations to support ongoing projects can be made by contacting the Foundation office.
Planned Giving
Planned gifts help to fund long-term needs, including specialized medical equipment. For further information about planned giving, please contact your financial advisor, estate planner or lawyer.

At Four Counties Health Services Foundation, we appreciate your support and we treat your personal information with respect. We do not rent, sell or trade any personal information. The information you provide will be used to issue your charitable donation receipt, for donor recognition and to keep you informed of events and fundraising opportunities in support of FCHS.

STRATHROY MIDDLESEX GENERAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION
Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to raising funds for the delivery of quality health care to the people of Strathroy.
The SMGH Foundation was incorporated as a registered charity in 1989 with the objective to manage, receive and encourage donations that support the needs of the hospital. The Foundation conducts a full complement of philanthropic programs, including an annual campaign, memorial gifts, special events, capital campaigns and planned giving.
All gifts are tax deductible. Donations can be made payable to SMGH Foundation. Cash, Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
