Patient Safety at MHA

The Middlesex Hospital Alliance sites are safe; but no hospital is without incident. Working to make our sites as safe as possible is the focus of the MHA Patient Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC).

Patients need to know they have rights - and responsibilities - regarding safety. At the MHA, patients are partners in their healthcare.
