The South West LHIN would like to inform you of our current activities around the development of our 2010-2013 Integrated Health Service Plan (IHSP) and the Blueprint Project.

As part of the South West LHIN's extensive community engagement around the update of our IHSP, residents of the South West LHIN are invited to share their thoughts about the health care system and provide feedback on our draft priorities through:

- Random telephone survey with South West LHIN residents throughout the month of September.
