At the MHA, we encourage and support proactive disclosure where it is appropriate and will provide information and documents online that are of interest to our community. This site provides a wide-range of resources and information to assist you in learning more about the legislation and direction on how to make requests to the MHA's Freedom of Information (FOI) Coodinator.

MHA employees, patients and members of the general public may make a formal or informal request for information in the custody or control of the MHA.
