Following the recent announcement of Mike Mazza’s retirement last fall, the Board of Directors has initiated a search to find the new President & CEO for the MHA.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO is accountable for the overall strategic operational and financial management of the two sites of the MHA. The CEO collaborates with the Board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop short- and long-term strategies at the two hospital sites for achieving that vision. S/he develops strategic priorities, guides their implementation and ensures the resources (organizational, human, information, financial) are aligned with its Mission, Vision, Principles and strategic goals. The CEO oversees the creation of annual operating plans that support the strategic direction set by the Board, and submits annual plans to the Board for approval.
